WesTrac is looking at another hugely successful year in 2021 with upcoming major projects in the pipeline. As a result of this recent growth, we have a Permanent opportunity for a Document Control Administrator to join the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Team.

Reporting to the Quality Systems Business Partner, this role is responsible for ensuring national consistency and compliance to the Document Management Framework standards and quality management system requirements. The role will champion the record management administration nationally, support quality ISO 9001 requirements and assist with maintaining the online safety management system and reporting.

A key part of this role will be to ensure WesTrac’s business management framework (Document Management System) is adhered to and maintained at all times to ensure the highest standards of corporate governance and compliance are maintained. In addition, this role will be accountable for the administration and integrity of the Promapp system. This role would suit someone with exceptional administration skills with some exposure to document control.

To be successful the following is required:

  • Experience and demonstrated understanding of a Document Management Framework and experience utilising document management systems
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills – MS Office and SharePoint experience
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience in reporting
